Recognition of Learning Awards
This year we have changed our 'Student of the Week' Awards to 'Recognition of Learning' Awards. Each Campus Assembly will occur fortnightly with 2 students from each class presented with an award. Last Friday's assembly was at the Primary, and the Infants assembly will be held tomorrow, Friday 17th February.
Congratulations to the following students for their wonderful efforts in class last week. All of the staff at St Edward's are very proud of your contribution to our school.

Fantastic Writing at the Infants!
Students have taken no time at all to get back into school routines this year and they are already impressing their teachers with their work ethic in the classrooms. This week, students in Year 2 have been busily working on their first Big Write for the year. Mr Casson was so impressed he wanted to share photos from students in 2C:
And students in 1H have been absolutely fantastic with their efforts in writing this week. Mr Millman was astounded by the creative ideas, descriptive language, beautiful bookwork and willingness of all students to share their work earlier today. Well done to all students in 1H, and thanks to Mrs Hankin and Mrs Munro for supporting the students to make such impressive progress already!
