Goals for Living Well  Learning Well 

The Term 1 theme for Living Well Learning Well at Sacred Heart is 'We Are Safe'.  Each week we unpack a Core Value to remind us of the actions and behaviours to uphold in reaching our goals. 

Week 5 Core Value is: ''Trusting our teacher and our friends."

• What is trust?
• Why is it important to be trustworthy?
• Who are some people we can trust in our school? 
• What are some ways we can build trust between our teachers and friends? 

After discussing what trust is, students will break into pairs (older students paired with younger students) and on a sticky note they will write down a way in which they can build trust. Once finished, the responses will be discussed with all.

Focus: 

• We can trust the teachers and friends in our school 
• Trust is built through our actions and words
