NAPLAN 

It is NAPLAN season again. This year, NAPLAN has gone solely online. That means students are required to have a charged laptop and headphones for the tests. We have been working on putting the correct software on the student's computers, and we will continue to do that so our students can access the test securely. 

The attached brochure outlines important information about NAPLAN. 

Specific dates of the tests for our students will be published very soon. Please note that NAPLAN is for everyone and ACARA supports inclusive testing so all students can participate in the national assessment program. 

Students present on the testing days will sit the test. Adjustments are available for students with disability. Where we are aware of students with disabilities who may need adjustments, we will be in contact with families. Parental consent is required before any support due to disability is granted. 

Exemptions and withdrawals are granted in exceptional circumstances, and families must contact Kelli MacDonald via phone or email to discuss this, prior to 3:30pm on Thursday 5th May.
