Mother’s Day Lunch Annual Fundraiser - Tickets open on QKR

Tickets are now on sale for the Mother’s Day Lunch Fundraiser at the beautiful Rippon Lea Estate from 12pm - 3pm on Friday 6th May.  Hip Hip Hooray!!!!!

Tickets are $99pp and include a glass of bubbles on arrival, a 2 course sit down lunch, and soon to be announced live entertainment (Lenny Kravitz was booked out, soz).  There will be silent auctions, raffle prizes and maybe a spot of dance floor action.

Please get your tables of 10 together, or nominate Jan and Emma’s table when you buy your ticket and join our tables.

Tickets are limited so don’t miss out.  This is not the time to ummmm and ahhhhhh.  Get on QKR pronto!!  Ticket sales close Friday 29th April at 12pm.

For those who want to get their jiggy on, and have had the foresight to arrange alternative pick up / babysitting for the kids, we have booked the afterparty at the Half Moon on Church St.  You know you want to………..

Bust out of your activewear, book in your blow dry and get down to Mecca for a new lippy.

Fine print - we try our best to accommodate, but it is very difficult to get it right for everyone.  Please appreciate this is a school fundraiser, money goes to the school and you get to have a great time, without the kids.  Everyone is winning.

Any questions please direct to Jan and Emma at pfc@brighton.vic.edu.au

Other Fundraising Events Coming Up

Thursday 5 May - Mother’s Day Stall.

Thanks to the wonderful mother’s day stall team - Amber Sarda and Hydie Abouskhroun who have been busy sourcing some lovely gifts from local businesses which our kids will get a chance to buy at school and gift to their mum or someone special.  QKR will open for this in the first week of term two.

Thursday 26 May - Whole school Lapathon.

Get your kids in training these school holidays doing laps of the local park, or your front room, so they can challenge themselves and get sponsored by family and friends to run as many laps of the junior oval as possible on the day.  They are running to raise funds for the school, gain points for their House for the Lapathon Cup and to get their class the free pizza lunch.  Sponsorship forms and further details will come to you early in term two.

We hope all our BPS families and friends have a fantastic and safe holiday and break over Easter.  Thanks for your continued support in helping to raise funds for the school and having some fun times to boot.

Now go eat some eggs!

Cheers

Emma and Jan
