PMP- every second Friday.
P.E. uniforms on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Library Borrowing
We will commence library borrowing in Week 3 of Term 4. Students will need to bring in their library bag, and will change books every week. Students can borrow 1 book per week. Our borrowing day is Monday.
Homework
Both the clear (homework) and the blue (communication) folders will be in use this term. It will be wonderful to return to take home books with students on their selected day. Please record and sign off on your child’s nightly reading in their ‘Reading Record’ book so that the teachers can monitor their reading.
Please continue practising the Magic 100 Words with your child so that they can be tested on their respective day. Students should be congratulated on the dedication shown to learning their words during remote learning.
Speaking and Listening Experience
We will continue with Speaking and Listening Experience this term. Students are invited to share certain objects for Speaking and Listening Experience on their Magic 100 Word testing day.
Below is the list of topics we ask students to focus on for Speaking and Listening Experience. They may show an item or prop to help them.
Students should try and speak about their topic for about a minute and at the end they will choose up to 2 peers from the audience to ask a question. Please discuss with your child what they are going to say about their Speaking and Listening Experience topic so that they are prepared.
