Lockdown 6.0

Online ADP using motion to help with e-motion (energy in motion) in lockdown 6.0! 

 

Lockdown 6.0 has seen the return of LIVE ADP ONLINE WORKOUTS every Monday + Friday lunchtime for all students in the ADP. 

Coaches Jake and Marnie have loved seeing so many of the ADP students connecting with them and enjoying their online workouts using their ‘at home’ ADP training kits. The session are a combination of FUN + functional group fitness which will hold students in great stead for their ‘return to play’ asap. 

 

Like all other subject areas ADP classes continue to run remotely in lockdown.  Students have been encouraged to stay strong, fit and injury free via their individualised ‘at home’ training programs, reporting all their data to coaches including students rates of perceived effort (RPE) and their positive progress every session.  Besides the physical benefits to be gained by staying active, students have been reaping the immeasurable biopsychosocial benefits also.   

 

Aside from the physical training aspects of the ADP, students have been taking part in online workshops with expert coaches.  For example Coach Cam dropped into each of the classes this week with his "Lockdown Training Advice" and discussed a few key pieces of the “Athlete puzzle”

 

Student’s attendance and interactions in these workshops has been incredible.
