Parent/Guardian/Caregiver Survey 2023

 

This report shows response categories (including positive endorsement) for the Parent/Guardian/Caregiver Opinion Survey.

The Parent/Guardian/Caregiver Opinion Survey is an annual survey consisting of six modules.

 

Comparators 

The dashboard displays comparisons with Similar Schools, schools in your Network group as well as with the State average.

  • Similar Schools are a group schools who have similar characteristics. These characteristics include school level social disadvantage based on SFOE, average enrolments per year level, cultural diversity based on the percentage of EAL students, school remoteness based on the ARIA index, and school type.
  • The Network Group is a group of schools in a particular geographic area.
  • For each comparison, only schools of the same school type are considered.

 

 

 

The chart shows responses by category for all factors of the latest year: 

• 'Positive' is the percentage of responses across parents who responded 'Agree' or 'Strongly Agree' to survey items; 
• 'Neutral' is the percentage of responses across parents who responded 'Neither agree nor disagree' to survey items; 
• 'Not positive' is the percentage of responses across parents who responded 'Disagree' or 'Strongly disagree' to survey items; 
• 'Invalid' are invalid responses received.
