Years 10 and 11 Meningococcal Vaccine Information

Meningococcal A, C, W & Y vaccine will take place for students in Years 10 and 11 on Wednesday 9 August. Information package and consent forms will be sent home with your child closer to the date of vaccination.

Year 12 Meningococcal Consent Forms

Year 12 Meningococcal Vaccine will take place this Thursday 29 June. If you have not returned your child’s consent form, please return by this Thursday.

 Please find attached consent form if you have not received one.

Students are vaccinated by a nursing team with expertise in Immunisation.

Please note: Parent only can sign consent form.
