YOGA CLASS
As a part of their Fit for Sport Physical Education Unit, Year 9E were treated to a yoga session conducted by our talented Year 11 student Alex Fiorini. Alex has been doing yoga for many years and has now taken up the opportunity to teach it.
The students were in awe of her flexibility and knowledge. Alex emphasised the importance of deep breathing and the ability to relax mind, body and soul especially in the frantic world of being a McKinnon Secondary Student.
Thanks for a memorable class Alex - the students especially enjoyed the meditation at the end.
Namaste,
