Planned Network Outage - Access to SEQTA

The School’s Information Services team has planned a network outage for Friday 24 March from 6pm. This will mean SEQTA Learn and Engage will not be accessible for some period that evening and intermittently on Saturday 25 March. High School and Clemes Learning Conference bookings will still be able to be made during the outage.

L@F24+ Survey

As we progress the L@F24+ Program, a number of working groups and the Program team are keen to obtain parent and student (Years 5 to 12)  feedback on a few areas including; Student Leadership, House System/Student Culture, Communication and Program Sentiment. Your feedback will provide valuable information for the various working groups in formulating plans and discussion. The survey links were emailed separately to parents and students last week and the links are located in SEQTA Learn (students) and SEQTA Engage (parents).

The survey is anonymous and if you have any queries or would like more information, you are welcome to contact Deputy Principal Shaun O'Rourke, our L@F24+ Program Coordinator Lyn Tunbridge or Director of Community Engagement Bill Avery.

If you could complete the survey by Monday 27 March 2023, that would be much appreciated.

Student Absences

A reminder that student absences must be reported directly to the section office prior to the start of classes.  Contact information is located within What's On and at the top of the SEQTA Engage home page.

REMINDER: Click & Collect Uniform Orders

A reminder that due to staffing shortages, the School Shop is closed for in person sales until Tuesday 25 April 2023. However, during this period families are able to continue to access uniform items through a ‘click and collect’ system.  As an update, please allow a minimum of 3 business days for orders to be processed and be ready for pick up.

The process for these online orders is as follows:

1. Review the School’s Uniform Handbook & Price List to determine which item(s) of uniform you require.

2. Use your Operoo account to complete the online order form here. The form is also available directly in Operoo -> Form Library. As part of this process, you will be asked to agree to have the ordered items charged to your fees account and to specify a collection location (one of the school offices). Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for orders to be processed and be ready for pick up.

3. You will receive an email from the School advising you when your order has been processed and when it will be available for collection.

4. Any questions or enquires can be directed to the School Shop at shop@friends.tas.edu.au.

We hope that this process assists families to access uniform items during the short suspension of in person sales at the end of Term 1.

Information is located on the School website
