Cross Country on Friday has been Postponed

Due to the wet weather and the state of the track at UNE, our cross country event planned for this Friday has been postponed. I am working with UNE and our Thunderbolt Schools on securing a new date.  We will advise this as soon as it comes to hand.  The event will be held some time early next term. Thanks for your patience.

ANZAC Day 2023 - Thursday 25th April

ANZAC Day is held on the 25th April every year in Australia and New Zealand and our school will once again participate in the march on the day.  ANZAC Day falls on the day before students return to school for Term 2. If your child/children are able to participate,  we will meet out the front of the Uralla Shire Councill building in Salisbury Street at 9.15am for a 9.30am start.  Students must be in FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM.  Year 6 students are invited to wear their formal uniform and can collect this on the last day of school to have at home, ready for the day.  We encourage as many students as possible to join us.  Parents are also welcome to march with their children.

Just a reminder that our school photo day is Friday 28th April.  This is the first Friday back for Term 2. Students will need to be in full school uniform and be at school by 9.00am for the first photos to be taken.  Order forms will go home this week.  Our photos will be taken by MSP Photography.

Happy Easter

It is hard to believe that we have come to the end of the first term of the school year. Thank you to everyone for a smooth start to the year.  We have worked hard to provide a range of opportunities for our students and Term 2 will see no end to this.  Thanks to our parents and members of the community for your support.  I wish all students, staff and families a restful and safe Easter.  See you all next term!
