Fete - 2 weeks to go

This week's theme is "Many hands make a great Fete. "

Thanks to all the amazing CNPS families who have been making jams, sorting clothes, crafting, dropping off books, shaping boxes and seeking donations...the Fete has some weird and wonderful jobs and we've had some laughs along the way. 

We are now hustling to fill the shifts, so if you haven't signed up yet, come on, what are you waiting for! Fete day is actually very fun and even more so when you're part of the crew. 

Could you do this shift?

BBQ- can you bbq a sausage? The BBQ is a bit of a fete day hero and it needs lots of volunteers. We start early at 7am making egg and bacon rolls for the set-up crew. So there is a nice early shift for those that would like to get in early and then enjoy the fete with their kids later on. We need volunteers all day. 

Okonomiyaki- sounds fancy but is actually easy. And delicious. And popular. This sell out stall needs people. Perhaps you could assist with payment, top up supplies or add the finishing sauces. We are so lucky to have this drawcard- so let's show this CNPS parent our support! 

Bar- The bar is well stocked and ready to go. We've had some amazing donations this year. Do you have your RSA licence? Or would you consider doing it? We are calling all responsible (and irresponsible :) parents) who have their RSA to come forward and help Annelise and Steve. 

Silent Auction- This is a good gig. Half promoter, half security guard this role involves wo-manning the stall and guiding people to the QR code to bid. We also need some wrappers who can help package the goods in the days prior. 

Stuff we need: 

Donate an item to a themed hamper: Cocktails and Drinks, Gourmet Food, Gourmet Coffee/Tea, Luxury Personal Care. (Drop off at front desk)

Lucky Dip and Guessing jars: Each class has been assigned items on Compass by Maddi. These are so fun for the kids and always sell out. We need lots! (drop off in classroom tub)

Mystery bottles: This is a new fun stall. We need anything over $15 like wine, olive oil, non alc drinks, fancy cordial. 

Adult Books: We still need alot more adult books

Big empty boxes, chocolate blocks, craft goods, jam jars, books, clothes, toys, plants. 

You're invited to the Inaugural Lee Street Tea Room. This is going to be really something, bring your mum, your neighbour, your anyone and come along to enjoy freshly baked scones. GF available too.
