Trivia Night: Only 2 More Sleeps to Go!

I hope you are all studying hard for our upcoming Trivia Night this Friday.

Doors will open at 7:00pm so you can set up your table and be ready for a 7:30pm start.

I have recruited a formidable team this year for our teachers' table and believe I have all bases covered so I'm putting the challenge out there for all you trivia buffs!

Last-minute bookings are still being taken but bookings will close tomorrow so PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS NOW!

As well as trivia there will be door prizes, games, raffles, silent auctions and heaps of giveaways.

Don't worry if you don't have cash as our debit/credit card facility will be available.

$15 Book 1 ticket
$35 Book 1 ticket plus a small grazing box (serves 1 person)
$135 Book 1 table of 10
$260 Book 1 table of 10 plus large grazing box (serves 10 people)

Remember to BYO Food and Drink or there will be options to purchase Rocco's Deli Yarraville grazing boxes to enjoy (the last day to get in on Rocco's Deli Grazing Boxes is Wednesday 9 November so be quick!)

As this is a child-free event feel free to bring your beverage of choice. Some disposable cups will be available but BYO glassware.

Year Prep 2022 Transition

Next Wednesday we will be conducting our second Transition Session for our Year Prep children of 2023 commencing at 2:00pm. This is an exciting time for these children and their families as they inch closer to beginning school.

Fees and Levies

Thank you to all families who are up-to-date with fee and levy payments for 2023. Unless you have organised a payment plan, all fees and levies should have been settled by the end of Term 3. Unfortunately, we still have an outstanding amount of $54 655.00. Accounts will be sent out again in the coming days and, in fairness to all families, we ask that overdue accounts be settled immediately.

To assist families to budget for next year please find our Fee and Levy Structure for 2023 detailed below, which has been derived in conjunction with our business manager inline with MACS policies :

Family Fee: $1500

Term 1 Instalment: $500 due by 6th April 2023
Term 2 Instalment: $500 due by 23rd June 2023
Term 3 Instalment: $500 due by 15th September 2023

Curriculum Levy: $515

Payable before 24th February 2023

Capital Levy: $115

Payable by 23rd June 2023
