As the 2022 school year draws to a close, we’d like to thank all our families for their ongoing support this year. Despite the bumps along the way, we have finished the year successfully and are now enjoying the final celebrations that the end of the year brings.
As with any end of year, there are people who are part of our school community who move on for a variety of reasons and we’d like to thank these people for the contributions they have made to ETRS during their time with us. Unfortunately, we are saying goodbye to the following students:

Transition
Whole-School Transition Tuesday 13 December between 9 – 11 was a huge success. It was lovely to see the smiles on students and staff faces, as they made their way to the classrooms in 2023 groups. Our Year 6/7 transition sessions were successful by all accounts and we thank our secondary school teams for supporting our students so well. They are very much looking forward to stepping up to secondary school.
Change in School Daily Schedule
In line with the recently approved Victoria Government Schools Agreement (2022), we are making changes to our daily schedule at Echuca Twin Rivers School.
This change will began on Monday the 28th November, 2022 and will continue into 2023 and beyond.
The new daily schedule will be as follows:

| 8:50am | Start of day for Students. Students enter classrooms – Community Circles begin |
| 9:00am | Session 1 begins |
| 10:00am | Session 2 begins |
| 11:00am | Lunch Eating Time |
| 11:10am | Lunch Break |
| 11:40am | Session 3 begins |
| 12:40pm | Session 4 begins |
| 1:40pm | Recess Eating Time |
| 1:50pm | Recess Break |
| 2:20pm | Session 5 begins |
| 3:10pm | End of day for students |
Last Day of School Early Dismissal 1.30
Students will be dismissed at 1.30 on Tuesday 20 December. Country bus students will be picked up at 1.10pm. Please note: Town buses are not running on this day.
