National Reconciliation Week

National Reconciliation Week is a time for ALL Australians to learn about shared histories, cultures and achievements, and runs from the 27th of May until the 3rd of June, commemorating the referendum in 1967 and the High Court Mabo decision in 1992. On Monday the 27th MGC was proud to welcome our guest speaker, Tarina Fanning, who came and spoke to all Year 10 and Year 8 students yesterday morning about the importance of reconciliation. This year’s theme is “Grounded in Truth, Walk Together with Courage”.
