STEM week
Senior school have a wonderful session solving our STEM challenges last week. The water slides that were created show just how creative they are. They are on display in the library so please come through and have a look at them.
Congratulations to Matthew and Catherine for being so helpful to their lab groups this week and Alex and Candace for being Super Scientists in everything they do.
Visual Arts News
It has been another busy and productive term in the Art room. The students continue to amaze me with their creativity and imaginations. I hope everyone has a fun and relaxing break and an enjoyable Easter.
This week the foundation students have been exploring what happens when wax crayon and food dye mix. Their pictures have been outstanding.
The junior students have finished their penguins and the middle students have been making Easter pictures from paper mosaic,
The senior students have started working on perspective and designing their names.
The Visual Arts room is in need of more egg cartons and shoe boxes. Thank you again to all parents for your wonderful donations.
Selamat Hari Paskah (Happy Easter)

PE NEWS
We have had an extremely busy term and to finish it off with our Whole School Athletics. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind to us and we had to cancel, but in great Kilsyth spirit we were able to get some of the program done. It was great to see everyone in their house colours and with a great smile on their faces despite the weather. We are hopefully going to finish off our Athletics day back at school late next term.
A very big thank you to all the parents that came and braved the weather and help with the set up and pack up of the equipment.
Also I would like to thank the teachers for supporting the day.
We have our Cross Country next term so will be looking for helpers on the day from 11:30-1.50 we are going to be running around Elizabeth bridge. So here is hoping for some nice weather.
Enjoy your holidays looking forward to another busy term.
