Free yoga and relaxation – THIS FRIDAY!
To celebrate Mental Health Week, we are excited to bring young people aged 12-25, the perfect end-of-week yoga and relaxation class.
This Friday 16th October 6pm
Young people will join yoga teacher Keely to unwind, destress and start the weekend feeling relaxed. Keely’s classes are fun, beginner friendly & queer/trans friendly (no gendered language!).

Mental Health Week #7tipsin7days
For Mental Health Week this year, the Youth Advisory Group (YAG) at headspace Hawthorn created content to represent each of the 7 Tips for a Healthy headspace.
For each day in Mental Health Week, the YAG will be sharing their healthy headspace tip on social media. That’s #7tipsin7days!

Free lunch time Pilates for all – NEXT WEEK
For headspace Day this year, join us for a free lunch time Pilates session with Chiara.
To join, simply be on our Instagram page @headspace_Hawthorn at 12:30pm on Wednesday 21st October and watch the live stream.
The session is open to anyone and everyone!
The session is aimed at those who are working or studying at home. Take a break and enjoy some feel-good stretches.
The Body Project
A new group program for young people to build body confidence.
Who? Young people who identify as female aged 15-21 years old.
What? A 4 week, online body confidence group.
When? Tuesdays 4:30-6:00pm from November 10th – December 1st 2020.
Why? Build confidence and start to feel better about your body. We tackle society’s expectations of our bodies and unpack comparison culture to have more control over how we feel about our bodies.
Cost? Free

Community Connects
A free, 4-part webinar for community members.
Guest speakers will discuss topics including mental health support, how local services can help, the creative ways others are staying connected and how to build partnerships within the community.
