Sentral Parent Portal and App

In recent weeks, the team from Sentral have been upgrading their platforms including the Sentral Parents App and Portal.  As part of that process, some parents received an email telling them that they needed a new access key for the portal.  The email appeared to have been sent by the school when in fact it was sent by Sentral support.  

 

Sentral now tell us that they have resolved all of the issues.  There should be no need for any new access keys. Any parent who has previously signed up to use the portal should now have access to the portal as well as all of their children's details within the app.  We've checked that, and so far as we can see, that is the case.  So, if you've previously signed up for the portal and app and they aren't working for you now, please give us a call or shoot us an email and we'll get it sorted out.

 

You should be able to add absence requests and explain past absences within the app and portal now.  You should also be able to see newsletters in a dedicated newsletter section.  There's also other information in there including a school calendar as well as school policies etc.

If you sign up using an email you've previously supplied to the school we'll be able to link your account to your children really quickly.  Otherwise, we might need to give you a call to confirm it all.
