OSHC Program: The last two weeks the focus of our program on sustainability has given our participants the opportunity to play and learn in a very practical and reflective way. We have chosen activities to support our children in relation to their active role as contributors towards a more sustainable future. By recycling materials, planning and delivering these types of activities our educators are also playing a positive role model.
OSHC/VAC Accounts: Parents please be ware when making payments to your accounts that you are not in credit. When you receive your invoice please check that the closing balance doesn’t have brackets around the payment amount. (A figure in brackets means a credit towards your account)
Absentees: Parents who have children attending OSHC but are absent from school or picked up early from school, need to notify the service by phone on 8443 5308 ASAP as we have children on the waiting list.
Just a reminder to parents to contact the service on 8443 5308, if their child(ren) are no longer attending their sessions. If both parents and caregivers cannot be reached the police will be contacted.
Active After School: Please remind your children to come to the OSHC room before they go to after school sport. It is important for us to be able to sign your child in beforehand to make sure they are present and an afternoon snack is kept aside.
Pupil Free Day: Lockleys North OSHC will be opening the service for the Pupil Free Day Monday 4th of September 2017. Cancellations would only be accepted 2 week prior to the Pupil free day. No cancellation will be accepted after Monday 21st August 2017.
The service will be operating from 7-00am-6.00pm and there is still room available if you require care for that day.
Attention Parents: If parents have matters to discuss with educators and/or the leadership team please make a time with the Director between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm
OSHC Payments: The service has received payments of EFT into the OSHC/VAC CARE account with no reference name. We ask those parents who use this method of payment to check their invoice. If you noticed that your payment hasn’t come thought on your invoice, please contact the Director on 0411 236 014 or 8443 5308. Please ensure you are writing your name or your child’s name as the reference.
Emails: Emails to the Director will be only attended between the hours of 8.00am- 4.00pm on Monday to Friday. If the matter is urgent please contact the service between 7am-6.00pm on 8443 5308 or 0411 236 014.
Yearly Permanent Booking Forms 2017: Please make sure you have booked your child/ren into OSHC if you require the service. It is essential that parents, who need care for their children, fill in the yearly permanent booking form which can be collected from the OSHC room, front office or our website.
Annual Leave
The OSHC Director will be on Annual Leave on Thursday 17th & Friday 18th August 2017 and returning to the office on Monday 21st August 2017, with no email access.
