New Artwork

Over the holidays another of our walls underwent a face-lift – this time, the Arts Wing was painted with a new mural by artist, Margot Bagnall. The work features three portraits which are non-gender specific, each painted in a different style. Margot’s aim was to demonstrate the individuality we all possess, with some qualities more obvious than others. Each time we look at the portraits, we will likely see something we hadn’t noticed before.

Huge thank to the Stockyard Hill Wind Farm who supported this project by generously donating funds to our school.

Breakfast Club

Each Wednesday BSC runs a Breakfast Program from 8:30am in the Student Centre. This service is provided free of charge for our students and encourages the importance of eating a healthy breakfast to kick-start the day.

This fantastic initiative would not be possible without the assistance of a few local Businesses and Organisations who kindly donate to keep the program running consistently.

BSC would like to thank the Beaufort and District Op Shop, Beaufort IGA, Beaufort Bakery and Foodbank for their generous contributions to the program.

Materials And Equipment

As we restart Term 3 after the latest period of Remote and Flexible Learning, we would like to issue a reminder for students to arrive at their classes with all essential materials required to participate (books, calculators, stationery etc).

We understand that some students are settling into new classes and different routines, however to ensure the best learning opportunities, students must be prepared and take any items necessary to achieve their learning task.

Can parents please check with students to make sure they have all essential materials and/or equipment.
