Grandparents’ Liturgy video
Many thanks to all the families who shared a photo or two to contribute to the lovely Grandparents’ Liturgy video. A big thank you also to the Acting Religious Education Coordinator, Mrs Tatola, for putting such a lovely celebration together, and for the Junior School students who appeared in the video. The love and respect you showed for your elders was beautiful.
My apologies that the sharing of the video was delayed by technical difficulties at my end. I appreciate the good grace and understanding of the community. Unfortunately, this meant we missed the symbolism of sharing the video on the feast of Saints Anne and Joachim, the grandparents of Jesus; hopefully, our grandparents can teach us patience and how to keep these small frustrations in perspective!
Junior School Semester 1 - Academic Excellence Awards
In last week’s Especean, the overall Year 5 and Year 6 Semester 1 Academic Excellence Awards were announced. This week, the Blue Cap Awards and all other class-based Academic Excellence Awards were announced by Class Teachers. Please find these below.
