Reflecting on the year

Was it really a whole year ago that we were saying,  'what a year!’

Now  we are once again repeating, 'What a year!’

This year, along with the last has been full of unique challenges for everyone. Despite all the obstacles you, your children, and your families have faced there has been success and achievements. Our students have continued to learn and grow together, both remotely and face-to-face. As our school year comes to a close, take time to reflect and celebrate what you as a family have faced and achieved together.

Survey

From the recent 2021 Parent/Caregiver/Guardian Opinion Survey 84% of those who completed the questionnaire had children at home in the remote and flexible learning program. The highest percentage indicated they were spending anywhere from 6 to 10 hours a week with their child helping to engage them with their learning. During this time, 92% of families reported they felt they could contact their student's teacher when they needed to. Learning from home has seen many challenges for our families, we acknowledge the incredible work that families have done with their children, working in partnership with the class teachers, and seeing success with their children.

Celebrate - look at what you can do now – look at what we did together!
