Thank you to ‘Fella Hamilton’ (Clothing) for their generous donation of quality fabric off-cuts to our Textiles Department. They have indicated an ongoing relationship with the College, with further donations coming early next year. It is much appreciated.

Please Enter Quietly During Year 12 Exams

The Year 12s have started their exams and will finish on Wednesday 17 November. The exams are held in the community rooms (near the gym). We particularly request parents to observe any cones and barriers that are placed up on the grass area out the front of the school, which denote that an exam is in action. It is critical for parents and children to quietly move off the school grounds at the end of the day if those barriers are in place to enable the students the best opportunity to concentrate and focus on their exams.  Thank you in anticipation for your cooperation.

Presentation Ceremony Awards

The Presentation Ceremonies are fast approaching, and we are busy preparing for these special events for all the students. An important part of the Presentation Ceremony is the awarding of various prizes and awards.

Each year we offer the HCC community the opportunity to sponsor a prize at the Presentation Ceremony at the cost of $30. We also seek sponsors for the Timothy Award and two Joshua Awards ($500 and $300 prizes to be used for the student’s educational growth and development). Businesses are welcome to sponsor awards and sponsor names are acknowledged in the program if they so choose.

Please contact the College office on 8551 6650 or email us at office@hcc.vic.edu.au by Wednesday 1 December if you would like to sponsor an award or would like further information.

We look forward to celebrating with you all that the students have accomplished in 2021.

Students Withdrawing in 2022

Parents are reminded that should your circumstances have changed and your child is not returning to HCC in 2022, the College requires one term’s notice in writing; please email to (both) enrolments@hcc.vic.edu.au and office@hcc.vic.edu.au. Failure to provide this notice will result in one term’s fees being charged in lieu of this notice.
