Dear Peninsula Resident,
We are a group of locals on the Mornington Peninsula committed to reducing carbon emissions and providing equitable access to renewable energy across the peninsula.
Mornington Peninsula Shire declared a climate emergency and has a plan to guide the Peninsula towards zero carbon emissions by 2040.
The Shire recognises the importance of community input and is supporting our group as we take our first steps towards decarbonisation.
Our first task is to survey our community to determine the interest and support of community beneficial renewable energy projects on the Mornington Peninsula.

Ritchies Community Benefit Card
Dear Community Benefit Recipient,
Help us celebrate the 1st anniversary of our new Ritchies Card and Ritchies Card app with RITCHIES DOUBLE DOLLAR DONATIONS from the 4th to the 31st OCTOBER.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to double the Community Benefit payments provided to your organisation during 4th to 31st October.
Our program is an easy way to raise funds for your organisation with no costs involved and now is a perfect time to spread the word to your members & supporters to help increase your membership take up and therefore earn more dollars from Ritchies.
Please note, that to qualify for a donation, $2000 must be spent from 4th-31st October between all customers who nominate the organisation, (excluding tobacco, gift cards, and phone recharges), to receive the minimum $10 payment. There is no maximum, so the more people who nominate the organisation the better.
The criteria to obtain a payment does not change. The minimum threshold of a $10 payment must be achieved as per the normal terms and conditions. From the 4th to the 31st October any payment earnt above $10 will be DOUBLED.
