Foundation

Wow!! A fun day was had by all our Foundation students during their first ever Colour Run at Rangeview. Thank you to all the families who supported this wonderful event by donating money and/ or by being there on the day to help.
The children really enjoyed their time with SEDA Inflatables, rotating between activities to practise their throwing, catching and batting skills. The photos below are a small snapshot of our morning!
We are in the process of taking the children around the school to explore and investigate the many wonderful plants, flowers and trees as part of our Inquiry Unit on Plants and Gardens. They will visit the olive grove, fruit orchards, the many vegetable gardens and of course our enchanted garden. It would be helpful for families to engage the children in discussions about the life cycle of plants at home or when out and about in our local community, in preparation for our excursion to the Royal Botanical Gardens. We thank you for your ongoing support.
Congratulations to Theodora (FT) who achieved first place in the Public Speaking competition, having competed with Foundation students from three local schools on Thursday 7th November. A wonderful achievement!
All the best,
Miss Bonte, Miss Clarke, Ms Wilson, Mrs Goulding and Mrs Tzimos – Foundation Team.
