Music Tuition 2020

Welcome back to another year of music making in the Primary school! Your child has the opportunity to extend their musical learning by joining a group or enrolling in paid individual lessons with an instrumental teacher. Enrolments can be made by clicking the Music Tuition quick link on the front page of the College website. You will find information about the fees and instrumental lessons on offer and you can enrol at any time.

Music lessons are currently being arranged for those of you who have completed an enrolment form using either Parent Paperwork last year or via the College website. If you have completed a form you will receive an email, letter or phone call this week.  If you have not already heard, you should do so shortly, but do contact me if you fail to hear anything by the end of the week. Lessons usually commence in Week 3 with some lessons beginning in Week 4. This process takes time.

Lessons will commence once your child’s music teacher has contacted you to organise a lesson time. The time needs to be checked by the class teacher or subject teacher if it falls during class time, to ensure no clashes. Kindergarten students can have access to learning at school only if a parent or guardian is there to take them to and from the lesson.  If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me at: dorothy.lincoln@mountcarmel.tas.edu.au
