Last Tuesday, the staff of St Fidelis engaged in profesional learning in Religious Education. As a whole school we were given the opportunity to unpack the scripture “Road to Emmaus,” by responding and discussing various questions about the text.
The focus was on creating various learning opportunities that develop deep thinking when engaging in scripture with our children.
The St Vinnies Winter Appeal provides food and clothing for people who are experiencing difficulty in their lives. Each year as a school community we come together to donate to this worthy cause. This year our social justice and community leaders will engage in collecting, sorting and organising the donated goods to be distributed. Your kind donation will assist those in need.
On Tuesday, 5/6OS and Foundation LW attended mass. Thank you to all parents and careers who took part in this celebration.
Thank you and God bless,
Annette Gasbarro
