Reconciliation Action Plan Update

Aitken College has been working on a “Reconciliation Action Plan” since the start of 2021. This will develop the school’s vision for incorporating an authentic First Nations presence at the College. We envisage that the plan will touch all areas of the school. We have been working on offering training to all staff on First Nations history and culture twice a year. We also plan on having a “Welcome to Country” ceremony at the start of each year, starting in 2022.
