One old time, in an icy forest, one of the biggest crazy events happened. It starting with shaking, then a hole appeared in the ground. A man called Henry that lived in the deepest part of the forest, had never heard such a racket and came to investigate. His woollen baggy jumper being blasted by the harsh big winds. His run down tree house being knocked left and right. Then a palace arose, made of ice. Henry stared deeply into the palace wondering what was inside. He didn’t know what to say, all that came out of his mouth is “w-w-what is that”. As Henry approached the palace he noticed that it smelt like fresh rain drops.
Henry became very interested in what secrets that lay within the palace, there might even be an ice queen on an ice throne, he thought to himself. Henry slowly came to the palace watching the walls, the walls seemed to be water in the middle with fish swimming around. The closer he got, the more interesting the ice bricks were. Henry joked to himself “better not lick it or you’ll get stuck” and laughed sightly at his own terrible disgusting joke.
As Henry approached the palace, he noticed wolves were guarding, he was scared but also intrigued because he had never seen wolves before, especially angry ones. He tried to find out a way to be able to get past the scary hungry wolves and he did his thinking for hours, waiting until he had any idea that would work, when suddenly, he had a plan! He quickly put the plan together and got all the necessary materials for a sword - iron, wood, a furnace, firewood and coal. He crafted the sword. He was confident he could get past the wolves.
Henry knew that he couldn’t call hunters for help because they’d think he was crazy. Henry charged at the wolves. The wolves were frozen, unable to move at the sight of the sword. Henry killed all of them. Then henry tried opening the gate, but it was frozen shut, he sliced it in half with the sword and went up the stairs to the top. Henry was feeling very excited getting past the gates and going up to the top of the palace.
As Henry walked up the stairs, he wondered why the stairs weren’t icy cold because they were made of pure ice. He started feeling weird and didn’t feel like himself. Henry heard evil laughs coming from the peak of the palace, creeping him out a lot. Right before he entered the throne room, he suddenly fell down a hole that seemed to be bottomless. Then he saw it, ice spikes. “Aggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh” he screamed! Fearing for his life Henry closed his eyes and hoped for the best. Henry sat bolt upright in his bed, gasping for air he looked around, realising it was all just a dream……..
The End.
All of a sudden there was a screeching thud and a crash, young Kate had hit a snow drifted rock and rolled into the forbidden lost woods hitting the bushes left and right, hurting her arms and legs finally slowing she lay facing forward. When Kate woke up, her eyes went straight up to see the stars shining brightly in the silent night sky. Kate found it hard to move as she felt her bones deep down where frozen in cold. Kate was scared she chocked and cried, warms tears rolled to her ears as she yelled “MUM!” “DAD!”, the forest responded dead silent in return which was no help to Kate.
As they were running they felt a big hand on their shoulder. A deep loud voice said, “What are you doing here?”. It was the Ice Lord. I bet you think it was made of ice, you are correct. Imagine a gigantic, white ugly muscly beast pushing down on your shoulder. He picked them up, took them back to his cave and started cooking them on his fire. Jack and Jeremy noticed droplets of water coming off the Ice Lord. They were relieved, it was melting. It was only a matter of time. Would the Ice Lord melt and turn into a puddle of water and they could escape or would they be cooked?
Suddenly, the rabbit nervously raced back and was out of sight. In a second, Rod could hear howling. Suddenly, he understood that he could talk to animals. “Aoooooooooowwwwww!”. Again, the most brilliant idea came to him. He was going to call all animals to set an army and take the wolves down! A few hours later, there were so many animals. They quickly charged towards the wolves. “We win!” said the little boy.
Matthius was not only ruthless to his neighbours but also to his own people. He collected heavy taxes and maintained law and order with extreme punishments. Many people died of hunger as taxes were used as war.
