Italian Day

We celebrated Italian Day on Wednesday, the 1st of June. We had a parade to start the day and each class showed off their Italian costumes.  The Year 6s did an excellent job of running all of the activities! We did lots of fun activities such as: making a pizza out of lots of different materials, an Italian quiz, making a pasta necklace, pixel art, making Italian things out of playdough and playing bocce. All of the students loved the activities and many would like to become Italian leaders! 

At the end of the day we watched a performance which told us lots of facts about Italy. 

Well done to all the Yr 6 students and the teachers that helped set up Italian day!
