Our 15โs Girls AFL team played Kildare Catholic College in the Grand Final of the 15โs Girls Schools Cup. Working as a team and consistently applying pressure paid off as they took a 4 goal lead at the end of the third quarter. Unfortunately, a significant injury to a Kildare player resulted in the game being called off, declaring our girls as winners.

Our Openโs Girls AFL team also versed Kildare Catholic College in the Grand Final of the Openโs Girls Schools Cup. Kildareโs quick start made for a close encounter and placed a lot of pressure on our girls, especially those who were backing up from the Tracey Gunson game the night before and the 9/10 Netball Comp earlier that day. Sheer determination and repeat efforts paid off in the last quarter as our girls were able to tough it out for a 3 point win.
