Dear Parents/Carers
Just a reminder that next Wednesday the 25th May we will be celebrating St Bede's Feast Day. The students will need to wear their sports uniform on this day.
We will begin the day with a whole school Mass at 9:15am. Parents are welcome to attend. They will be creating artwork based around St Bede's school Vision statement. The school will provide the students with a sausage sizzle for lunch and in the afternoon they will participate in a sport incursion run by Kaboom Sports.
First Eucharist Commitment Mass
Just a reminder that the Year 4 Eucharist candidates are required to attend one of the Parish Masses over this weekend- Saturday May 21st at 6pm or Sunday May 22nd at 9 am or 11am. This is part of their commitment to receiving the sacrament of Eucharist.
Faith Night
Parents and Eucharist Candidates are also required to attend a Faith Night on the 31st May at St Bede's Parish Church. At this Mass we will explore and break open the meaning of the parts of the mass and how this relates to our sacramental living.
First Eucharist Dates
The Year 4 Eucharist Candidates will receive their First Eucharist on Saturday the 18th June or Sunday the 19th of June. Please keep them in your prayers as they prepare for the sacrament of Eucharist .
