Year 8 Girls Soccer

The Year 8 girls soccer team went out and played on Monday the 8th May. We played two games against Rowville Sports Academy and although we tried really hard, we still lost both games.The first game we lost 2-0 and the second game was 3-1. We all played really well and despite our loss we still had a lot of fun and it was a great experience. As a team we were proud of our efforts. A big thanks to Mrs Scialabba for putting her hand up to coach us, we really appreciate it!

Year 8 Boys Soccer

On the 8th May, we took out two teams of Year 8 boys to Terrara Park, in Vermont. Whilst there each team played 3 other schools each, and then played against each other to finalise the day. We were accompanied by two brilliant teachers, Mr Hoogkamer and Mr Pollock, and we had had an awesome time. During the day, the teams worked extremely well together, were resilient after a lose and were equally humble and ecstatic when they won. The boys put in a smashing effort and maintained this intensity throughout the day and came out with an incredible result. Despite losing the occasional game, the squad continued to play well and made us very proud as their coaches .
