WHEELERS EPLATFORM

During this time of remote learning it is sad that the library is closed but I am delighted to see an increase in the use of ebooks and audiobooks on Wheelers Eplatform.

This week I have been in contact with some of our regular and proficient users of Wheelers for feedback about how they use it and what they have enjoyed reading.

The majority of our ebook readers use their Chromebooks to access Wheelers followed by their tablets or ipads. 78% of users prefer ebooks while 22% enjoy both ebooks and audiobooks.

STUDENT FEEDBACK ABOUT USING WHEELERS

"I had never used Wheelers before but then I started to use it after Ms Watson recommended it to me. I found many books I like and it was really easy to search for different categories, genres and books."

"I really enjoy it as It brings me happiness. It's nice to just listen to an audiobook and relax."

"I really like using Wheelers, it's easy to use and read and it also has so many good books from so many different authors and genres. I spend around 80% percent of my free time reading on Wheelers."

BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS

"I read all the Roald Dahl's books as well as some audio books including "Trash".

"I read Into the Wild: Wolf Girl 1 and I absolutely loved it as it was a nice book”.

“I have read the first two books of 'Girl Online' by Zoe Sugg. I am up to the fourth book of 'Princess Diaries' by Meg Cabot. I have also read the full series of 'The Treehouse Series' twice. I have read a lot of the 'Geronimo Stilton' series, and thanks to Wheelers I have read the full series of 'Once' by Morris Gleitzman.”

“I have enjoyed Re-Reading the Alex Rider series after a while. My favourite book in the series is Book #11 Alex Rider finds Jack alive!  The entire series consists of Mysteries, Adventure and Crime Fiction. I love those three genres in one series. Since then I could not stop re-reading the series! So addictive!”

“My favourite book is The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes! Which I am reading for the fourth time right now!

When I heard the final book of the Hunger Games Series was coming to MSC Library I put the first reservation for the book. So far it is amazing. We get a glimpse into Coriolanus Snow's Childhood Life. It consists of Mystery, Adventure and thrilling twists!”
