Bairnsdale Production Line will be holding auditions for our 2023 musical on 8th and 9th October and are looking for youngsters in the 10 - 14 age bracket.  We are especially interested in children who are skilled in guitar, bass, drums and keyboard.  

 

Maffra Cricket Club: 

Junior Cricket Program

The Maffra & District Car Club is hosting another of their Junior Driver Training days on the 25th September.

These events are designed to teach 12 to 17 year old’s Basic Car Control skills in a controlled environment.

The drivers have an instructor with them at all times.  Instructors & Vehicles are supplied by the Maffra Car Club.

Apply now for our YACVic Future Proof Steering Committee! You’ll be paid $75 for each meeting you attend and work with other passionate young people to help shape the change this project seeks to create. ❤ This 2-year project aims to drive recovery outcomes for young people and their disaster-affected communities throughout rural and regional Victoria. ✊ YACVic will coordinate this project, bringing together eight local councils, two Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), three Local Learning and Employment Networks (LLENs) and Victoria University. 👏👏👏 Applications close 11.59pm Wednesday 24 August

Netball Victoria are running a FREE boys clinic during the school holidays at Sale Netball Association!

With more boys playing netball and some boys curious to see what it takes to be an elite player, this is the opportunity to experience netball from current Vic men’s elite player Tom Hardwick (who grew up in the Bairnsdale area originally).  This clinic is open for ages 8 to 17 an no experience is necessary!  Fun FREE 2-hour skills and game sense activities about the game of netball!  An opportunity not to be missed!
