Mental Health Awareness Month

October is Mental Health month and Maroondah Council are offering a range of free wellbeing workshops. Join in and learn new ways to live well, even when things aren’t going to plan. Their Life Skills workshops will teach you practical skills to help move through and grow from life’s experiences.

 

Workshops include: The Science of Stress; Gratitude; Responding to Emotions and Finding your Superpowers. For more information and to book in to a session, visit Council's webpage HERE.
