A Few Friendly Reminders...

School Fees and Levies 2022

Please find attached the 2022 School Fee and Levies list.

A friendly reminder that school fees are due by 31st October, 2022. 

If you are experiencing any financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact our School Principal Mark as soon as possible, on 9487100 to discuss alternate arrangements or by contacting the accounts office via email at accounts@shpreston.catholic.edu.au.  

It is important to advise the office if you hold a Healthcare Card or are Full Fee Paying, as these fees will be different.

Italian Day

Next Wednesday 26th October is Italian Day!!

Please don't forget students are invited to come dressed in anything that represents Italy or Italians. Ideas to consider could include: Pinocchio, La Befana, Michelangelo or Da Vinci. You could also come dressed in Italian colours, with something as simple as wearing green, white and red clothes, ribbons, socks, scarves, soccer or Ferrari gear.

8.30am - GATES OPEN and classrooms open

8.45am - Gates close and learning begins 

11.00am - 11.40am RECESS time

1.30pm - Eating lunch inside 

1.40pm - 2.20pm LUNCH time 

3.20pm - School finish time 

Student Absences

It is a requirement that parents/carers notify the school if their child is sick or away.

A easy way to do this is through the SkoolBag App (see download instructions below). Absence Forms are listed under the tab 'EFORMS'.

Select your child's grade and digitally fill out and sign the form, which is emailed directly to your their teacher and the office. 

Alternatively, please email the office at office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or contact the office on 9487 1001.

Parent/Guardian Contact Details

Dear Parents/Guardians, a friendly reminder to please update your contact details, including Home Address, Contact Phone Numbers, Email Addresses and Emergency Contact Numbers, via email at office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or by calling Cristina or at the office on 94871001. Thank you

Asthma (Action Plan) and Allergies

A friendly reminder to please ensure the school receives updated Asthma and/or Allergies Plan for 2022, along with Asthma medication and a Spacer or Epipen.

This needs to be signed by your child's medical professional, and may be forwarded via email to office@shpreston.catholic.edu.au or by dropping it into the office.
