Captain’s Cup

Congratulations to our wonderful Stage 2 students who attended the Captain’s Cup event in Inverell last Tuesday. All three teams had a fantastic day and displayed excellent sportsmanship. A huge thank you to Mrs McManus, Mr Webel, Adriana Pietsch, Alise McBain and Kristen Bailey who helped with our teams on the day. 

Diocesan Touch Football Trials

We wish Ella Bruce, Paige Floyd, Savannah Hogan, Ruby Grob, Aila McBain, Lachlan Grob, Charlie Templeton and Fletcher Barratt all the best today as they try out for the Diocesan Touch Football Team in Tamworth. We know they will play hard and give it their all. 

Diocesan Cricket, Basketball and Tennis Trials

Friday 2nd December, the Diocesan Cricket, Basketball and Tennis Trials will be held in Tamworth. We are invited to nominate students of a proficient skill level in Year 5 and exceptional skill level for Year 4 students. A Diocesan team and individuals will be selected to represent the Armidale Diocese at the Polding Trials in Lismore in 2023. If your child is interested in nominating for these trials, please contact me at school ASAP as nominations are due next week.

Swimming

Our swimming sessions for this term will be held in Week 9 (5th - 7th December). The plan is: 

Monday 5th - Stage 3

Tuesday 6th - Stage 2

Wednesday 7th - Stage 1 and Kinder

More information will be sent out on Compass closer to the date. We welcome parent volunteers to help on these days to help the children and teachers with the sessions.
