Diploma of Leadership and Management @ RMIT

Partner with Cricket Victoria or the Essendon Football club to gain the skills to work in elite sports management.

RMIT has partnered with both the Melbourne Cricket Education Academy and Essendon Football Club to engage sport enthusiasts in leadership study, graduating with both the Diploma of Leadership and Management as well as the Diploma of Business.  The Diploma of Leadership and Management has been designed to equip students with important and highly transferrable career skills, spanning:

• personal development
• operations, finance, and resource management
• business development and planning 
• risk management and continuous improvement
• customer engagement.

Students can opt to do the Essendon Football Club dual diploma OR the Cricket Victoria dual diploma.

Entry into this program requires a successful completion of Year 12.
