Australian authors talk about their writing 

Our annual Writers’ Talkfest event features engaging and challenging discussions on a different theme each year and includes acclaimed Australian authors.

This year's Talkfest event will take place on Thursday 22 June, so please mark this community event in your calendars. It will be hosted by Ruth Clare author, motivational speaker and Friends of Northcote parent. We are also thrilled to announce one of the authors on our panel will be award winning journalist Louisa Lim whose recent novel Indelible City: Dispossession and Defiance in Hong Kong was shortlisted for the Stella Prize. More authors will be announced in our next newsletter. We look forward to seeing you at this event in the last week of term.
