Bunnings BBQ – Saturday May 6 at the Bunnings Doncaster Store
Thanks to everyone that has volunteered to assist with the BBQ on the day.
If anyone would like to be an emergency backup for the day (should any volunteers be unwell on the day and not be able to attend), please email your name and contact number to: pfapres@sktemplestowelr.catholic.edu.au
Thanks to everyone that has very generously donated goods and/or money for the BBQ. This is helping enormously to reduce the expense overhead for the day.
We look forward to seeing lots of the St Kevin’s Community pop past and enjoy a sausage!
Mother’s Day Stall – Wednesday May 9
The Mother’s Day Stall will be happening on Wednesday 9th of May. Please ensure that all completed forms and money are returned to the office by Thursday 4th of May.
Thanks to those who have already offered to volunteer with the running of the stall.
Mother’s Day Dinner – Thursday May 11 at The Doncaster Hotel @ 7.30pm
This year the Mother’s Day Dinner will be held at The Doncaster Hotel, 855 Doncaster Road (Cnr of Victoria Street), Doncaster.
Thanks to all those Mother’s/Carer’s that have already RSVP’d.
If you would like to attend, could you please RSVP to pfapres@sktemplestowelr.catholic.edu.au by Thursday May 4.
Bakers Delight Lunch – Friday May 12
There is a Bakers Delight lunch on Friday 12th of May.
Orders can be placed using the link below before 5pm Wednesday 9th of May.
This lunch been scheduled to ease lunch preparation for this day, as the Baker's Delight lunch is the day following the Mother's Day Dinner that all St Kevin's mother's and carers are welcome to attend.
Tuckshop
The tuckshop roster is being finalised and distributed this week.
Gina has been in contact with those that are volunteering this week.
If you would still like to volunteer to help could you please send an email with your contact details to pfapres@sktemplestowelr.catholic.edu.au and Gina will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable date.
PFA Meeting – Friday 26th of May at 2.30pm
If you are interested in finding out more information or would like to join the PFA, please come along on Friday 26th May at 2.30pm in the staffroom. It is a great opportunity to contribute to your child’s school and get to know others within the school community.
