Sustainability

On Wednesday 14th June, the Sustainability Monitors in Grades 3 to 6 walked happily to Yarren Dheran and planted over 100 indigenous plants. The students learnt about the plants and even found some enormous worms! 

Congratulations to all the students for their wonderful behaviour and enthusiasm. 

We have been planting at Yarren Dheran for over 10 years now and the garden and newly renovated pathways and visitors centre are looking beautiful. I encourage families to visit the area during these winter months for a lovely walk or even a picnic at the new picnic tables.
