HVS Book Week Celebration

This year HVS is celebrating Book Week with Polyglot Theatre and their Paper Planet Workshop. Paper Planet is a sensory play workshop completely made of paper materials. It is both an immersive installation and hands-on making exercise. The artists tailor the experience to the needs and abilities of each individual class. 

Polyglot artists welcome students into a sensory play space filled with tall cardboard trees. Performances unexpectedly happen as simple materials meet creative freedom. The work inspires play and creativity while also encouraging sustainable arts practices.  

HVS invites all Parents and Carers to join Paper Planet with your child for an after-school session! Wednesday 23rd August 3.00-3.30 pm or Thursday 24th August 3.00-3.30 pm (choose one). 

Furthermore, please come join us for HVS Book Week Character Parade on Friday 25th of August at 9.30 am. Please send your child in a costume of choice to celebrate their love for reading!
