Fight MND Big Freeze 2023, hosted by C12 and C13 Tutor Groups
Thursday 29 June
Students from these Tutor Groups have organised the event and lots of teachers have bravely registered their interest to “take the plunge” for an important cause. Motor neurone disease (MND) is a debilitating disease which attacks the patient’s nerves ant takes away their ability to walk, speak, swallow and ultimately breathe with an average life expectancy of just 27 months from diagnosis. With many family members and friends of our School community affected by MND this is a valuable opportunity to raise much needed funds and awareness.
Students, staff and community members are invited to come along to the Lower Green at the Argyle Street Camp from 11am to 11.30am to show their support. You can also donate to our fundraiser using this link or by making a cash donation at the school office.
