Cross Country

On Wednesday 14th June, 11 brave kids battled the 6 degree elements in Kilmore and went out for NMR Cross Country.

Starting the day in a fog and heavy dew, and amidst packs of up to 95 runners at the start line, Viewbank batted well outside its crease and managed to come home with the chocolates in a range of different events.

Big congrats goes out to Poppy Scot-Dalgleish and Declan Loecx for winning their events, but also to the boys 12-13 team and girls 16 team for both coming second overall in their ages.

Year 7 Girls Netball

On Wednesday, 21st June, our Year 7 Netball girls teams headed out...

Team A smashed their first 2 games with big wins and scoreless opponents but fell short to Macleod in their final game.

A great effort by all and a lovely group of girls who played netball like they love it!

Team B had 2 wins and 2 losses and had a fun day!

Senior Boys

The Senior Boys footy team played two very close games on a very wet field against Thornbury and Princes Hill. They improved throughout the day but had not played together due to having no district round.

Some highlights included Filip’s goal and Gus’ mark attempt.

Strong play through the middle of the ground from Luke R, Zack P, Kristian R.

Thank you to the Year 12's for their last performance in footy in Viewbank Colours.
