We’ve reached the halfway point of the year and with a lot of illness going around and people feeling run down, it’s a timely reminder about self-care and it being okay, if not vital, to prioritise looking after ourselves.  

Check out the different types of self-care below; what are you already doing and what things might you like to try or do more of.  

Take some time to complete the questionnaire attached to see how you’re going at looking after yourself. 

From there, we encourage you to plan out your week to make conscious time for self-care.
