This week in Art we have been focusing on 'collage'. A collage is a form of visual art in which visual elements are combined to create a new image that conveys a message or idea. 

With the Preps we cut paper into small pieces and recreated the first letter of our names! 

With the 1/2s we explored using different shapes and oil pastels to create an abstract collage. 

With the 3/4s we used shapes, size and space to create our collage art. 

With the 5/6s we used the famous Dürer rhino sketch ink drawing as an inspiration. We deconstructed the rhino, then reconstructed it into a whole new design!
