Let's Get Moving
We are very excited to have Ali Watts back to run the Let's Get Moving Program (LGM) this year. Due to COVID, it has been a number of years since we have been able to offer this program to our students. Ali runs a week long program which incorporates music, dance, performance and lots of team work. LGM involves all students in our school. It culminates on the second last day of Term 3 with a community performance where the kids are the stars of the show!
We have been fortunate in 2022 to be supported by Bendigo Council who have provided a grant to our school to subsidise LGM for families.
Permission and payment for Let's Get Moving 2022 will be released on Compass next week.
Premiers Reading Challenge
We have got 30 days left of the Premiers Reading Challenge for this year! If you haven’t logged the books you have been reading, now is a good time! We currently have 55 students who have completed the challenge. Congratulations to:

Snow Trip Fun!
I had an awesome time with 5/6 Lidgett and Byron at Camp Charnwood last week with the definite highlight being a trip to Mt Bulla. I was only hit by 42 snowballs for the day which was pretty good considering how many came zinging in my direction. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers involved in these camps. As always, I was incredibly proud of our kids who represented our school brilliantly.
