NEW - School Production

When You Wish Upon a Star is this year's Sacred Heart School Production. It will take place at the Kyabram Plaza. Students will go by bus over to a practice on Tuesday the 6th of September and again for the Matinee on Thursday the 8th September. Parents will bring students back for the night time performance on Thursday the 8th of September.

Times for the shows are to be confirmed and tickets will go on sale later in the term.

NEW - Lost Clothing Items

We are asking families to please check their child's jumpers and jackets to ensure they have their own. If you have an item of clothing with another child's name please return it to the school office. Thank you.

NEW - Parent Helpers

Are you able to spare 20 mins one day before or after school drop off? Due to a large number of recent donations we are looking for a couple of parent helpers to assist us with sorting through our second hand uniforms. If you are able to donate some time please see Sally or Debbie in the office.

 

 

 

 

 

 

ICAS Assessments Yr. 3-6

ICAS is an online academic competition that is designed to assess students’ higher order thinking and problem-solving skills in English, Mathematics, Science, Writing, Spelling Bee and Digital Technologies.

 

Each assessment celebrates students’ accomplishments by providing opportunities for recognition and development. Every student who participates will receive a printed certificate and an online results report. Top performers will be eligible for medals.

 

How to participate in ICAS 

If you wish for your child to participate in ICAS this year, please: 

  1. read about ICAS subjects and prices here: (https://www.icasassessments.com/products-icas
  2. go to Parent Portal here: (https://shop.icasassessments.com/pages/pps
  3. enter our school’s access code – COB930
  4. enter your child’s details, select the tests you would like to purchase, then proceed to payment. 

Please note that the ICAS tests shown for selection are at the school’s discretion.  

After payment is made via the Parent Payment System, you will receive an order confirmation email, please keep this for your records. 

  

We will notify you of the date(s) that we run ICAS at the school and when your child’s ICAS results are ready. You and your child can access the results once released via the Reports Portal using the TAP ID and pin found on the back of the ICAS certificate.

 

Parent ordering closes on Monday 1st August 2022.

Simon Everywhere App - Download Today!

 

The Simon Everywhere App has all the functions currently utilised by parents through the Parent Access Module (PAM) with the added benefit of push notifications sent directly to your phone. The app will also save your login details (the same details to login to PAM) so you do not have to log in each time with a username and password. Lunch Orders

Tatura Hot Bread Bakery will be providing the School lunch orders for two days a week. Lunch orders will be available Thursdays and Fridays. Please find below the 2022 price list.

 

A reminder orders are to be done through the School, not to be dropped off at the Bakery.

Second Hand Uniform Sales

Sacred Heart will now only be accepting second hand uniform items as a donation to the school. If families wish to sell items we request that this is done privately. Please see below the current winter uniform stock available for purchase. If you wish to have a browse of the uniforms or make a purchase, please see Sally in the school office on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Sacred Heart School Website

The Sacred Heart School website has had a refresh with the addition of some new features. We now request parents and caregivers use the forms on the website for Outside School Hours Cancellations and Out of Uniform Notices. On the website homepage the forms are located by clicking on the following icons:

Student absences are to be completed in PAM. To access PAM parents or caregivers will need access to a computer, tablet or mobile phone. You can access PAM via the direct link below or the Sacred Heart School website.
