Fresh Term, Fresh Start!

I hope that for all of our young men the holidays provided some time for reflection, relaxation and renewal. The new term provides a wonderful opportunity to make a fresh start and to set goals to achieve success in all aspects of school and personal life.

Community, Integrity, Justice, Kindness, Learning

Our values shape the way in which we wish to 'form' our young men. We are committed to behaviour formation rather than behaviour management as it recognises that our boys will sometimes make mistakes and poor choices, but it is through working through these issues together that we can educate boys about their behaviour and provide them with rich learnings that help them to make better decisions in the future when faced with a range of circumstances, some of which could have life changing or serious consequences. In this way our boys are formed in behaviour rather than behaviour managed or simply punished.

This environment provides the opportunity for all boys to start the term by putting their 'best foot forward'. Wearing our uniform proudly and correctly, conforming with our hair policy, being kind to others and giving 100% effort in class, are all simple ways that boys can make a fresh start to the term and position themselves to enjoy success in all school endeavors in Term 3.

In encouraging our boys to put their best foot forward to start the term, I would also like to sincerely thank our parents who support the College in forming our young men.
